Almost there
Yesterday is the day I took as my off day from running this week, since I ran on Sunday, my normal off day.
This morning's run really surprised me. I didn't nail the first mile yet, but it's coming. But my legs started hurting before I got winded. That is huge for me, because just this past Saturday, I was winded almost out of the gate. This is almost as big a milestone as getting past the one-mile marker without walking any portion of it.
