Running

I'm not sure whether I mentioned it on here or not, but I've recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP machine for a couple of weeks. The problem is, the CPAP machine causes aerophasia (swallowing air), which makes my mornings less than pleasant sometimes. So I had quit running for a couple of weeks to let my body adapt. It has, mostly, and I started running again yesterday, and today I was able to run through the discomfort caused by the aerophasia. So, I'm officially running again, and, even with the lost weeks of training, my goal is still the Columbus Marathon.

Good luck getting back into the running.

Thanks. Considering how early I was in my training, I was surprised how easy it's been the past few days to pick up pretty much where I left off.
